Our New Home

Just an update! We finally got the keys to our new home! It's officially ours & will be for the next 30 years (or until we sale it). Now begins the process of moving! Twice in one year is twice too many!! Although, this move is definitely going to be worth it. There is a backyard, fully fenced, just for Kyra and our back door even has a doggie door! Here are some photos of the day we got the keys to our new place!

2. How long did you date before you got married? We actually aren't married yet but we've been dating a year and 5 months

4. What does he do that surprises you? I'll come home from work and dinner is cooked or he'll take me to get a late night ice cream when we can't sleep

5. What is your favorite feature of his? His butt LOL (that's what he'd want me to say) I love his eyes and dimples and shoulder blades

6. What is your favorite quality of his? He is strong willed (I hope our kids have his want & will out of life)

9. What is his favorite food? Probably Steak

11. When and where was your first kiss? In his apartment after 3 weeks of spending time together

12. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? Afternoon walks, breakfast (on the little to no days that we have off together) & late night ice cream sitting in Sonic's parking lot

13. Do you have any children? If you call a dog (Kyra) & a cat (Joey) our kids

14. Does he have a hidden talent? Oh so many! Only I would probably enjoy most of them. He makes me laugh so hard!

18. What do you admire most about him? His loving heart. He puts on this hard core exterior but really he's a big teddy bear.

Elk Hunt 2008

Chris & I went down to Moab the week of the 15th and spent the entire week in Moab. A vacation we definitely needed & deserved. For the first 4 days down in Moab we went up to Dark Canyon and spent the time camping, roasting marshmallows but most of all HUNTING! Not just any hunting but ELK hunting. If you have never seen an elk they are the size of a horse, possibly bigger. The following pictures are of the elk hunt and of us just out searching for the elk and then there are 2 photos of Kyra and her hole she dug in the back yard of Chris' parents home. She looks sad in one and then the other one she just acts like nothing is wrong, I guarantee if she could speak she would have said, "What mom? What hole? I didn't do anything I'm PERFECT!"
